How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza arrive in 2-4 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within 3-7 days.
Customized orders (“Print Your Own”) might take up to 7 business days to be delivered.
How much is the shipping fees?
We deliver in Cairo and Giza for 45 EGP
Anywhere else for 50 : 70 EGP
Do you have a showroom?
We’re available online only.
How can I make sure of my size?
Please make sure of your size through our size chart.
How can I pay my order?
You can pay online by your credit card or you can pay cash on delivery.
Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?
Unfortunately we can’t send you two sizes but we allow exchanges after the courier leaves.
What is your Exchange/ Refund policy?
According to our policy: We allow exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order with 60 LE for exchange fees . according to refunds our courier will wait for you until you check the order. if the product does not suit or fit you, you may immediatly return in without pay shipping fees.
How can I exchange my order?
